Dry roasted potatoes stood out among an otherwise quite decent meal. Steak pie was drowned in gravy, an excellent choice for a cold January day. Broccoli with cheese sauce was an excellent addition to the meal, and complimentary chips more than made up for roast potatoes, more reminiscent of shoe leather, than a potato. Stick to the double fried chips, and get extra gravy with your pie, otherwise a fine meal for around £10.
Edit for owner: I didn't let the roasted potatoes effect the overall score; you did after all try to talk me out of them. Your chips are fantastic, some of the best I've had, and I've been doing these reviews a long time; you should be pushing them far more.
